The Shahlaei Bar

The Shahlaei Bar is named after the Man it was first made for- Big Loz himself! Laurence Shahlaei: Winner England's, Britain's and Europe's Strongest Man, and multiple World Records.

This is one of the most brutal, robust wrist development tools out there. 2 variants are available:
- The Solid Bar, hand machined from solid Steel.
- The Hollow Bar- Made from thick, hollow tube. Strong, but reduces weight so you can easily carry it to the gym.

Both bars feature a 60mm knurled handle that makes your grip work overtime, maximising the the engagement of your whole Forearm.
